Velora Terms of Use

Operator name: Velora (provisional). Contact: GronewaldSonger794@outlook.com. The operator identity will be updated when confirmed.
About Velora
Velora is a personal weight journal for iPhone. You can record weight, dates, mood, short notes, and up to four photos per entry; view trends; set a goal; favorite, edit, delete, and share entries. The native journal requires no account and has no in-app purchases or subscription. An optional, read-only demo uses separate sample data and does not change your personal journal.
Eligibility and Availability
You must be at least 13 years old to use Velora. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, use the app with any parental or guardian consent required by local law. Intended distribution covers available App Store regions except mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. This is the intended distribution scope; actual availability is shown in the App Store.
Personal Use and Health Information
Velora is a record-keeping tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or recommend a medically appropriate weight. Trend averages, progress, and estimated goal dates are calculations from your entries, not promises or medical advice. Seek advice from a qualified health professional for health decisions. You are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of information you enter.
Your Content
You retain your rights to your journal notes and photos. Only add or share content that you have the right to use. Native journal content is stored locally; the app does not upload it to a journal service. When you choose to share an entry using the iOS share sheet, the selected recipient or service handles that copy. You are responsible for what you share and with whom.
Device Storage and Availability
Keep your own copies of information that matters to you. Removing the app and its data, device damage, or other storage issues may make your journal unavailable. iOS backups and app offloading follow your Apple settings. The app does not provide a server-based journal recovery service. Availability of optional network features depends on your connection and the relevant service.
Permissions and Optional Web Features
You may decline camera, photo, microphone, or tracking permission and continue using the native journal. Some optional features require the related permission. The app can retrieve remote configuration and display HTTPS web content in an embedded container. Those web services may have additional terms and privacy notices. Do not assume that information entered on a website is stored only on your device. The Privacy Policy explains native storage, network connections, and optional attribution processing.
Acceptable Use
Use Velora lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with the app or related services, bypass access controls, upload unlawful content, or infringe another person's rights. Access to the app does not grant ownership of its software, branding, fonts, or other licensed assets.
Changes and Ending Use
You may stop using the app at any time. You can delete individual entries within the journal. Deleting local entries does not erase copies you previously shared or copies retained in device backups. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the published version and its updated date.
Legal Rights and Contact
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. The provisional operator name is Velora and does not identify a verified legal entity. Contact: GronewaldSonger794@outlook.com. The operator identity will be updated when confirmed. No specific governing jurisdiction or exclusive dispute forum is designated in these terms. Mandatory laws and rights applicable to you remain unaffected.
